Dietitians are becoming better known by the public and the demand for dietitians to provide appropriate information is growing.

A lot of my time goes toward writing nutrition- and health-focused articles for magazines and web sites. I develop recipes for some of these publications, as well as for corporations. Additionally, I consult with food companies and corporations to create effective media messaging.

From there, I began working in eating disorders at a residential treatment center. Now I work in a variety of different roles, but all within eating disorders. I so whole-heartedly believe in the philosophy and approach of this work, I can’t imagine doing anything else.
