My business originated in 2011, as a combination of corporate wellness, 1-1 counseling, and blogging. It took a while to really niche down and figure out what I liked. For several years I was running both the corporate wellness company as well as my blog, until I finally closed the corporate wellness company to focus specifically on blogging and nutrition communications. Not full steam but I always have things to do but still prioritize to have a social life, relax, travel, exercise and most important to me, regular sleep!

When they ask I like to explain the typical tasks of a clinical dietitian such as nutrition support, charting, and educations. I also love explaining to people the ways that I spread nutrition information and why brands value dietitians. People’s ears seem to perk up when I say I do television appearances.
